Providing assistance with day-to-day life whilst encouraging independence, with nutritious meals, a range of activities, and our 'open-house' approach to visiting times. All to ensure a comfortable stay with us. Accommodation Two Gates House has 34 bedrooms including 31 rooms with private en-suite facilities, assisted bathrooms, a passenger lift, on-site laundry facilities, separate lounge and dining areas, and a conservatory overlooking the gardens. Additionally, all rooms have a digital TV and 24-hour wireless nurse call system. WIFI is also available. Our Staff We employ local,well trained and dedicated staff who will hold a minimum of the NVQ level 2 training award, with some having attained Level 3 and 4. Staff receive regular training including First Aid, Moving & Handling, Medication Administration, Dementia Care, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Infection Control, Dementia and Challenging Behaviour. We value each and every individual who comes to live at our home, all are assured that they will be treated with respect and dignity.
